About Us
We make compliance simple!
FinTech Compliance was founded with one clear purpose: to provide solutions, not problems. Too many companies in our space overload their clients with jargon and unclear answers, when all they need is for someone to cut through the terminology and provide clear, practical outcomes. At FinTech Compliance, we do things differently.
Our Ethos
We seek to solve our clients' compliance problems in a way that follows the rules in letter and spirit whilst remaining aware of commercial reality: it's no good having compliance arrangements that mean you spend all your time ticking boxes whilst business goes neglected. We work closely with our clients to review their current compliance arrangements and outline areas of weakness in a way that keeps the jargon to a minimum and provides a proportionate and realistic plan for action. We are also provide thought leadership for the finTech regulatory landscape.
We have developed particular expertise in the finTech and innovative finance space in Europe, as we believe that too many disruptive businesses are being held back because regulators simply don't understand what these companies are trying to offer. We combine our peerless knowledge of financial services legislation with our finTech industry nous in order to explain to both business' and regulators the appropriate way forward.
Each of our consultants has advanced qualifications in their field, and several years of experience working with companies across the financial sector. What's more, we all have experience working within other industries and so are keenly aware that compliance advice only adds value when it is practical, clear, and realistic.
In short, we aim to never say "no", when we can give you a pathway to "yes".
